The Role
As an Experienced Carpenter, you will play a vital role in transforming our clients' visions into reality. You will work closely with our team to construct various elements of residential and commercial projects, from framing to finish work. Your expertise and attention to detail will be instrumental in ensuring that each project meets our high standards of quality and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and project specifications
- Layout and construct framing components, including walls, floors, roofs, and stairs
- Install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and other finish carpentry work
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in residential and/or commercial carpentry
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
